Opportunity Details
- Interpret data, analyze results using statistical techniques, and provide metric based reports
- Implementation and maintenance of a data visualization program to create company data and benchmarks
- Implement and develop the analytics platform to provide visual interpretations of various data sets
- Evaluate internal systems for efficiency, inaccuracies, and maintain protocols for handling and cleaning data
- Build dashboards using visualization tools to show a comprehensive overview of data and identify trends
- Work closely with various departments to provide metrics for internal and external stakeholders
- Prepare physician compensation benchmarks
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in education and/or experience
- Three to five years of related experience
- Experience with implementing visualization tools (e.g. Tableau, PowerBI, Qlik) required
- Healthcare experience preferred
- Ability to communicate and interact effectively with personnel at all levels of the organization
- Excellent interpersonal and organizational communication skills, both oral and written
- Consistently display the highest degree of integrity, professionalism, diplomacy, and discretion
- Maintain the highest level of confidentiality
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and efficiently
- Ability to work well under pressure and prioritize in a deadline driven environment
- Proficient use of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel) required
- Experience with Paycom or other HRIS systems required
