Insight Global is seeking a Technical Business Analyst / Project Manager for a large financial client in Chicago, IL / Richmond, VA / Dallas, TX / or Jacksonville, FL. This individual will be joining a Production & Collaboration team within the Employee Experience line of business. In this role, this individual will be expected to assess the risks and remediations for various products/applications (~40) across the group. It is necessary that this individual has excellent communication and a deep understanding of Agile practices. The ideal candidate would have prior experience in a financial or healthcare industry, risk management experience, or experience within an end-user line of business or team.

Required Skills & Experience

5-7+ years of experience as a Technical Business Analyst / Project Manager

Excellent documentation skills and experience with creating business process flows, Use case diagrams, functional requirements.

Ability to analyze existing capabilities and identify gaps and opportunities.

Deep understanding of Agile and Jira

Proficient in designing, developing and executing test cases.

Knowledge of test automation and tools.

Excellent Communication, both written and verbal, is a NON-NEGOTIABLE

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

Risk Management and Remediation experience -- HIGHLY PREFERRED

End-User environments/LOB experience (i.e. Email groups, interlink groups, SharePoint groups, etc.) -- HIGHLY PREFERRED

Financial background or healthcare background
