As a Technical Program Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating complex technical projects from inception to completion. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, product management, and quality assurance, to ensure the successful delivery of high-quality technical solutions within established timelines and budgetary constraints. Your leadership, strategic thinking, and technical expertise will be instrumental in driving project execution, mitigating risks, and fostering collaboration across teams.

Required Skills & Experience
- BS in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related field
- Proven experience in a silicon program management role at a semiconductor company
- Well-organized, technically oriented, and a self-starter with a demonstrated ability to work collaboratively across a cross-functional team of ASIC design engineers.
- Demonstrated ability to plan and drive the cross-functional execution of various engineering functions to enable best in class customer solutions.
- Engage with technical leadership team (Core team) to understand and document program scope, establish integrated schedules, assess, and manage program progress and risk, and create resource and budget plans.
- Drive product solution deliverables and alignment with customer requirements to ensure highest level customer satisfaction throughout the product lifecycle.
- Experience in all stages of product development from inception, POR creation, execution and into HVM
- Demonstrated conflict resolution skills and the ability to build respectful working relationships.
- Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to successfully represent program status horizontally as well as vertically within the organization.
- Proficient w/ MS Office, MS SharePoint, MS Project & Atlassian tool suite (Confluence, Jira, etc).
- Must be willing and able to obtain US security clearance upon starting this role.

Nice to Have Skills & Experience
- Master's degree in computer science, engineering, or related technical field.
