Oversee department day-to-day operations, ensuring smooth functioning and efficiency.
* Assist with coordinating and scheduling meetings and appointments and maintaining travel procedures for
staff members.
* Assist with coordinating departmental events, such as meetings, conferences, and operation logistics.
* Assist with booking hotels, rental cars, and airfare for the Technology Department.
* Maintain and update office policies and procedures to ensure compliance and effectiveness.
* Assist with facilitating office budgets and expense reports.
* Coordinate and assist with onboarding processes for new employees.
* Handle correspondence emails and phone calls, directing them to the appropriate individuals.
* Assist in preparing and distributing reports, presentations, and other documents.
* Assist in maintaining office records and filing systems, both physical and electronic.
* Foster a positive and productive working environment, promoting teamwork and employee satisfaction.
* Act as a liaison between employees and management, addressing questions and concerns.
* Stay updated on office technology and software, providing technical support and troubleshooting assistance.
* Assist with conducting research and discovery, gathering data, and providing administrative support to
various teams as needed.

Required Skills & Experience
Education/Qualification:
BA in management or equivalent experience preferred.
Minimum 2 years of office management or related experience
General competence of business technology consumption and the importance of strong support.
Background in supporting teams through transformational change is required.
Solid understanding of data analysis, budgeting and business ethics.
Ability to strategize and solve problems.
Strong organizational skills.
