UTKCG - Accounting Specialist 1 - College of Social Work

Pay Rate: $19.00/hour

Schedule: Monday-Friday 8-5 (Opportunity to work in office 3 days a week and work from home 2 days a week.)

Job Length: Approximately 4 months

This position provides the primary responsibilities for IRIS entry (invoices, travel, contracts) for the College of Social Work. This position reports to the CSW Director of Budget, Finance, and Operations, and works closely with the CSW, SWORPS, CBHR business offices.

Job duties include, but are not limited to:

• TouchNet/Cash Deposits and Receipting
• Invoice Processing
• Vendor File Updates
• Assist Financial Specialist with Contracts as needed
• Completion of Dual Service Agreements
• Coordinate Travel Registration & Payment for large-attendance conferences
