Accounting Specialist I

The University of Tennessee's Career Gateway is looking to fill the temporary assignment of Accounting Specialist I with Retail Hospitality & Tourism Management. Pay Rate: $17.00/hour

Schedule: Monday-Friday 8:00-5:00

Job Length: Up to a year with the possibility of going full time.

Job Responsibilities:

Assist the Interim Business manager with all accounting tasks in IRIS and Dash included but not limited to:

• Internal transfers
• Contact posting
• Petty cash reimbursements
• Data managements
• Departmental assistance
• Maintain department head calendar
• Maintain meeting deadlines
