Our client is seeking a highly organized and proactive UX Research Program Coordinator to support and enhance our user research efforts. In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating and managing various aspects of our UX research program, including participant recruitment, research interview logistics, incentive processes, and the upkeep and socialization of research findings. Your contributions will help ensure that our research projects run smoothly and effectively, providing valuable insights to inform our product design and development.

Required Skills & Experience

Bachelors degree in a related field (e.g., Psychology, Human-Computer Interaction, Sociology).
3-10 years of experience in UX research coordination or a similar role.
Strong organizational and project management skills, calendar management, and coordination.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
Proficiency with research tools and software (e.g. remote unmoderated tools, survey platforms).
Detail-oriented and committed to delivering high-quality work.
Collaborative mindset and ability to work well within a team.
Start-up experience
Tools/Technologies:
Zoom, Asana, Listna, Excel, dscout
Research exerience:
Diary Study Methodology, Alpha Research Study Experience, UX Research experience
