What You'll Do:

• Entry & Process: Enter all project and inventory related invoices and process check runs
• Vendor Setup: Set up vendors overseeing W9, 1099's and insurance
• Compliance: Maintain compliance of AP guidelines and payment terms

What We're Looking For:

• Experience: Proven track record in accounting with high keyboarding accuracy.
• Skills: Strong ability to work individually and in a team, detail oriented, able to meet deadlines.
• Knowledge: Good understanding of accounting for construction, manufacturing or job cost experience.
• Qualifications: Solid background and education in accounting.
