What You'll Do:

• Process & Maintain: Enters overhead, benefits, property tax, and state/federal taxes; approves new vendors, reviews and verifies invoices; assists with month end closings, prepares annual 1099 NEC forms, process payments, wire transfers, ACH payments and more
• Collaborate: Work with the Controller on available vendor discounts, train and mentor junior staff in AP processes and systems
• Maintain: Vehicle and equipment titles and backup for asset purchases

What We're Looking For:

• Experience: Proven track record in accounting with 4-6 years of relevant experience and education.
• Skills: Attention to detail and accuracy, highly analytical, excellent verbal and written communication skills, proficiency with accounting software platforms
• Knowledge: Good understanding of accounting for construction, manufacturing or job cost experience; full cycle accounting knowledge
