Your essential duties and responsibilities as the Administrative Assistant will include:
  • Visitor and Communication Management: Greet visitors and callers, handle telephone inquiries, and maintain the service inbox, directing communication to appropriate staff or Franchise Partners.
  • Office Maintenance and Organization: Manage weekly janitorial services, maintain office cleanliness, oversee office equipment and supplies, and handle the office alarm system.
  • Travel and Event Coordination: Book travel for staff, assist with event organization and catering and provide training on travel policies.
  • Administrative Support: Collect and distribute mail, maintain phone system routing and cell phone allocation, organize gifts and flowers, and assist with meeting document updates.
  • Onboarding Assistance: Order tools and equipment for new Franchise Partners as directed by Franchise Development and Onboarding.
