Blue Yonder TMS Product Owner

We are looking for a skilled and experienced Blue Yonder Transportation Management System (TMS) Product Manager to lead the development, implementation, and ongoing management of our TMS product. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of transportation management systems and experience in product management, with a focus on using the Blue Yonder TMS platform to optimize logistics and supply chain operations.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Lead the development and execution of the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for the Blue Yonder TMS platform.

2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, sales, and customer support, to prioritize product features and enhancements based on market needs and business goals.

3. Work closely with customers to gather feedback, understand their needs, and translate requirements into product features and improvements.

4. Drive the product development process, including defining requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria, and overseeing the delivery of new features and enhancements.

5. Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities for differentiation and product innovation within the Blue Yonder TMS space.

6. Act as a subject matter expert on Blue Yonder TMS, providing guidance and support to internal teams and customers.

7. Monitor product performance and usage metrics to identify areas for optimization and growth, and drive initiatives to improve customer adoption and satisfaction.

Required Skills & Experience

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, computer science, or a related field.

2. 5+ years of experience in product management, with a focus on transportation management systems or logistics software.

3. In-depth knowledge of Blue Yonder TMS and its capabilities, with a track record of leveraging the platform to drive operational efficiencies and cost savings.

4. Strong understanding of transportation and logistics processes, including carrier management, freight optimization, and supply chain visibility.

5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and build strong relationships with customers.

6. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.

7. Project management experience and familiarity with agile development methodologies.
