Product Owner

Your role

We're looking for a Product Owner to:

Have the overall responsibility for the strategy, roadmap and OKRs (Objective and Key results) as Product Owner of regulatory and business enablement products in our agile pod Supervision Enablement
Deeply understand the needs of risk team and regulators act as their voice within the Pod and prioritize epics and user stories in the backlog accordingly to achieve business goals
Be overall responsible for creating impactful change to our clients through the delivery of distributed and Mainframe components while ensuring the high quality and compliance of the product with risk and security policies
Mitigate impediments to the team's goals, align across pods and with crew leads and act as your pod's ambassadors towards internal stakeholders and clients
Motivate and energize pod members and contribute to their growth and well-being
Define the set of necessary competencies in the pod, in cooperation with the crew leads and chapter leads and provide regular feedback to ensure high performance and enable multiple features and functionalities into production on a quarterly basis to bring true value to business

EISL Foundational Components Team across WMA. The team provides shared services for Infrastructure, Cloud Capabilities, Foundational APIs/Services, Data Provisioning and Integrations related requirements.

Your expertise

•bachelor's/Master's degree in related business or technical
•ideally 15+ years of experience in product/technology
•ideally 10+ years of experience in financial industry
•proficiency with all aspects of product and software developer lifecycle
•outstanding communication, presentation, and leadership skills
•sharp analytical and problem-solving skills
•ability to effectively manage conflicting needs of stakeholders
