*** Contract position for 12+ month; contract can be extended; contract to hire is possible.

*** The job is on-site with a HYBRID work schedule. Candidates must be local or willing to relocate within commuting distance of Pittsburgh PA or Dallas TX

Business Systems Analyst :

- Gather, analyze and write functional requirements for complex lending workflows
- Author and document high-quality artefacts, including API documentation and other materials
- Bridge communication between Product Owner and Software Developers
- Perform Scrum Master duties, managing all agile ceremonies
- Interface with Quality Engineering team to assist with test case preparation

Qualifications (Skills, Experience, Education, Certifications) :

- Experience with Business Process Management (BPM) tools such as Flowable, Camunda, Appian, Pega, IBM Business Automation Workflow, Oracle BPM Suite
- Scrum Master certification, proficiency in agile methodologies and ceremonies
- Familiarity with quality engineering processes and test case preparation, nice to have : Postman API and Selenium
- Technical writing experience
