          We are seeking a highly skilled Associate Real Estate Officer to lead and oversee construction projects while contributing to our workplace strategy and design initiatives. As a Construction Project Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and managing our workspaces. You will work collaboratively with various teams to develop and implement comprehensive plans that align with our organizational goals and enhance our work environments across multiple locations statewide.

          While this position will be eligible for remote work, there will also be in-office requirements, depending on the nature of projects and team collaboration needs. This position also serves all State Fund locations and will involve travel.

          Key Responsibilities
          • Coordinate and lead construction projects from planning through completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to high-quality standards.
          • Implement strategies to enhance workplace environments, incorporating effective design principles and space utilization.
          • Work closely with architects, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project requirements are met and regulatory compliance is maintained.
          • Prepare and present detailed reports, including project status updates and recommendations for senior management.
          • Monitor project budgets, timelines, and resource allocations to ensure efficient use of funds and timely completion of projects.
          • Ensure all construction and workplace design projects comply with relevant regulations, codes, and safety standards.
          Desired Skills and Qualifications

          • Strong project management and presentation skills, including budgeting, scheduling, and coordination, with proven track record to follow through and deliver quality results
          • Demonstrated clear and concise written and verbal communication skills, and ability to gain consensus/cooperation of others
          • Proven ability to assess and understand issues, interpret policies or data, and quickly identify the best possible solution(s)
          • Effective communication and interpersonal skills to work collaboratively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
          • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and adapt to changing priorities.
          • Adept in Microsoft Word, Excel, Visio, Power Point, SharePoint, Microsoft Teams, Zoom, and various apps/technology/software
          • Experience in real estate or project management, construction, or workplace design.
          • Knowledge of relevant regulations and best practices in real estate management.

            New to state candidates will be hired into the minimum salary of the classification or minimum of the alternate salary range when applicable. Placement to alternate salary range may be based on education or experience identified in your state application.

            Working Conditions
