Project Coordinator

A priority client of Insight Global is looking for a qualified Project Manager with the ability to work in a very high paced environment. This individual will be working with a singular client in the medical industry and while they will have a team, they must be able to work independently and make their own decisions. In this role, you will be overseeing the movement of physical assets, ensuring they are delivered safely and on time, planning logistics and troubleshooting any issues that arise, scheduling and managing deployments, ensuring all team members are assigned tasks according to their strengths and availability, drafting and distributing detailed work orders, providing clear instructions and deadlines for team members, and much more.

Dollars per hour will vary between 20 - 26, depending on experience.

Required Skills & Experience

Strong Excel Experience
Project Coordination
Experience with deploying Physical Assets to customer sites
This could mean deploying hardware, materials, supplies, or machinery Making sure that all necessary aspects of that delivery are coordinated (time, place, date, etc) as well as the technology and hardware being fully operational
Experience scheduling and deploying members of a team
They will have techs under them, they will need experience sending out techs to customers sites for maintenance and set up of said delivery.
Experience creating Work Orders
Ability to work independently and make their own decisions

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

PMP Certificate OR Wanting to advance their PM/PC career
Any experience in the Manage Print Services Background
