DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive, data-driven continuous improvement strategy that aligns with organizational objectives and drives measurable business impact.
- Lead and mentor a team of skilled analysts, guiding them in identifying opportunities for process enhancement, conducting in-depth root cause analyses, and crafting innovative, data-driven solutions.
- Design and maintain advanced performance metrics, dashboards, and reporting tools to continuously monitor process performance and assess the effectiveness of improvement initiatives.
- Perform sophisticated data analyses, including statistical modeling and predictive analytics, to reveal hidden patterns, trends, and opportunities for improvement.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to implement process changes, ensuring alignment, seamless execution, and successful adoption of continuous improvement initiatives.
- Champion a culture of continuous improvement and innovation throughout the organization, inspiring teams to embrace data-driven decision-making.
- Stay informed about the latest industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in analytics and process improvement to ensure the organization remains at the forefront of innovation.
- Mentor and coach the continuous improvement analytics team, fostering professional growth and enhancing the team's capabilities.
- Perform other job-related functions as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS
DEGREE TYPE: Bachelor's Degree
FIELD(S) OF STUDY: In Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, or a related field of study.
EXPERIENCE:
- Minimum 5 years' experience in performance analytics or a similar role.
- Experience in the Cruise sector is preferred.
COMPETENCIES/SKILLS:
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with proficiency in key software applications, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), AutoCAD, and Mac OS.
- Ability to create and deliver clear, impactful presentations to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong organizational abilities with a keen attention to detail, capable of managing multiple priorities in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
- Demonstrate flexibility, confidentiality, and the ability to collaborate effectively as a team player.
- Extensive experience with cloud-based data platforms and big data technologies, enabling efficient management and analysis of large data sets.
- Proven experience leading change management initiatives and driving organizational transformation through data-driven decision-making.
- Highly proficient in analytical tools and languages such as SQL, Python, R, Tableau, and Power BI, with the ability to extract meaningful insights from complex data sets.
- Strong knowledge of Lean Six Sigma, process mapping, and other continuous improvement methodologies, with a track record of implementing successful process optimizations.
- Strong leadership and people management skills.
CERTIFICATIONS/LICENSES:
- Certification in Lean Six Sigma or other process improvement methodologies preferred.
