JOB SUMMARY: The Continuous Improvement Analytics Manager plays a pivotal role in driving organizational excellence by harnessing the power of data and analytics. This leader will spearhead efforts to enhance operational efficiency, optimize processes, and achieve tangible business results. The role will combine deep analytical expertise with a strong foundation in process improvement and excels at transforming complex data into clear, actionable insights

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive, data-driven continuous improvement strategy that aligns with organizational objectives and drives measurable business impact.
  • Lead and mentor a team of skilled analysts, guiding them in identifying opportunities for process enhancement, conducting in-depth root cause analyses, and crafting innovative, data-driven solutions.
  • Design and maintain advanced performance metrics, dashboards, and reporting tools to continuously monitor process performance and assess the effectiveness of improvement initiatives.
  • Perform sophisticated data analyses, including statistical modeling and predictive analytics, to reveal hidden patterns, trends, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to implement process changes, ensuring alignment, seamless execution, and successful adoption of continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Champion a culture of continuous improvement and innovation throughout the organization, inspiring teams to embrace data-driven decision-making.
  • Stay informed about the latest industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in analytics and process improvement to ensure the organization remains at the forefront of innovation.
  • Mentor and coach the continuous improvement analytics team, fostering professional growth and enhancing the team's capabilities.
  • Perform other job-related functions as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS

DEGREE TYPE: Bachelor's Degree

FIELD(S) OF STUDY: In Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, or a related field of study.

EXPERIENCE:
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in performance analytics or a similar role.
  • Experience in the Cruise sector is preferred.

COMPETENCIES/SKILLS:
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with proficiency in key software applications, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), AutoCAD, and Mac OS.
  • Ability to create and deliver clear, impactful presentations to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Strong organizational abilities with a keen attention to detail, capable of managing multiple priorities in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
  • Demonstrate flexibility, confidentiality, and the ability to collaborate effectively as a team player.
  • Extensive experience with cloud-based data platforms and big data technologies, enabling efficient management and analysis of large data sets.
  • Proven experience leading change management initiatives and driving organizational transformation through data-driven decision-making.
  • Highly proficient in analytical tools and languages such as SQL, Python, R, Tableau, and Power BI, with the ability to extract meaningful insights from complex data sets.
  • Strong knowledge of Lean Six Sigma, process mapping, and other continuous improvement methodologies, with a track record of implementing successful process optimizations.
  • Strong leadership and people management skills.

CERTIFICATIONS/LICENSES:
  • Certification in Lean Six Sigma or other process improvement methodologies preferred.
