The Reporting & Analytics Manager will have outstanding visibility and the ability to partner cross-functionally & interface with finance decision makers. We are seeking an individual with prior experience thriving in a distribution and inventory-centric environment. In this crucial position, you will be responsible for financial analytics & reporting (complex, multi-entity, high growth, fast-paced environment). The ideal candidate for this position will have a passion for innovation and the ability to successfully build upon their existing reporting & controls infrastructure. This position will be responsible for overseeing the reporting and analytics functions of the organization, ensuring timely and accurate financial reporting.

Reporting & Analytics Manager Job Duties:

• Lead reporting and analytics efforts in a private equity-owned, growth-focused company.
• Generate, interpret, and analyze reports, providing actionable insights based on data.
• Consolidate data from multiple systems, especially post-acquisition.
• Develop strategic plans and initiatives from financial and operational reports.
• Drive business decisions independently and operate autonomously.
• Play a key role in driving the adoption of new systems such as planning and budgeting and other data analytics tools.
• Lead the development and maintenance of reporting frameworks and dashboards.
• Analyze data to identify trends, insights, and business opportunities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate data collection and reporting.
• Develop and automate regular reports for stakeholders.
• Ensure data accuracy and integrity across all reporting tools.
• Translate complex data into actionable business recommendations.
• Work with leadership to define key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Provide ad-hoc analyses for business initiatives and projects.
• Implement data governance policies and best practices.
• Stay updated on the latest analytics tools and methodologies to drive innovation.

Reporting & Analytics Manager Skills/Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance required
• CPA certification and public accounting experience preferred
• Prior systems implementation and large ERP exposure required
• Project management and acquisition integration experience a plus
• Self-directed with ability to achieve objectives with limited management input
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, verbal and written
• Solid critical thinking and analysis and attention to detail
