Insight Global is looking for a Data Analyst for one of our commercial real estate investment banks in Charlotte, NC. This individual will be primarily responsible for managing data collection, entry, and review, while assisting other members on the Data Quality team. This person will be responsible for making sure that all the data both the proprietary and market datameet the needs of the business to support revenue growth. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Collect and organize data from multiple sources and take ownership of recurring collections Reviews binders for accuracy and completeness.
Clearly communicate timelines, deliverables, goals and expectations with team members and stakeholders
Assess and collect information from internal and external sources to fill in data gaps and continuously improve data quality.
Work with Data Manager and other members of the Data team on various data projects.
Go through PDF and Excel documents to enter pertinent data into company database.
Help manage data related to fees and deal valuation for equity sale, financing, and loan transactions.
