Our work depends on an Endpoint Project Manager joining our team to provide technical writing and support to ensure the End-point team has clearly written process and procedures for USPS.

HOW A ENDPOINT PROJECT MANAGER WILL MAKE AN IMPACT:
  • Provide technical leadership and direction for a medium size team
  • Work with the customer on a day-to-day basis
  • Support customer with vendor selection and procurement
  • Lead the Office 365 (O365) multi-year rollout to over 170,000 users
  • Upgrade 160,000+ machines to Windows 10 (V. 1809)
  • Assign and manage new licenses to users
  • Perform Microsoft license right-sizing analysis for over the enterprise
  • Recommend project cost savings through license usage and reduction
  • Support the Power BI Implementation Project
  • Ability to conduct interviews with subject matter experts and then create technical and business documentation based on interview
WHAT YOU'LL NEED TO SUCCEED:

Education:
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
Required Experience:
  • 10+ years of related professional experience
Required Skills & Abilities:
  • Demonstrated strong project management skills
  • Demonstrated experience leading projects using Agile, Scrum and Waterfall methodologies
  • Demonstrated experience with Network Operating System Administration for Novell, Linux, and Microsoft
  • Mastery of Microsoft Office applications and the Windows operating system
  • Knowledgeable of Digital Employee Experience (DEX) tools
Location:
  • On site in Raleigh, NC, with a hybrid work schedule (i.e., 2 days in the office and 3 days remote)
Security Clearance Level:
  • Must be able to obtain and maintain a Public Trust and successfully pass a thorough Government background screening process requiring the completion of detailed forms and fingerprinting
  • This position has a U.S. residency requirement. The USPS security clearance process requires the selected candidate to have resided in the U.S. (including U.S. Territories) for the last five years as follows: U.S. Citizens cannot have left the U.S. (including U.S. Territories) for longer than 6 months consecutively in the last 3 years (unless they meet certain exceptions). Non-U.S. Citizens cannot have left the U.S. (including U.S. Territories) for longer than 90 days consecutively in the last 3 years.

The likely salary range for this position is $106,371 - $177,632. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary. Rather, salary will be set based on experience, geographic location and possibly contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range.
