Title:Purchasing Project Manager

Duration:12 Month Contract

Location: ONSITEGreensboro, NC, with frequent travel to Mexico

Hours:8:00A-5:00P

Responsibilities:

• As a part of the cross functional team, be the voice of Purchasing in all aspects.
• Steer the project activities through active leadership and constant communication towards stakeholders in purchasing and other functions.
• Ensure supplier selection according to project plans.
• Work with supplier project team to review project deliverables related to supply chain and parts.
• Work with project managers to contribute and secure the purchasing time plan to assure alignment with main time plan with all purchasing needs addressed.
• Identify and secure purchasing related risk mitigation plans and actions and document and communicate between project team and supplier.
• Work with project team to prepare necessary project status, management project reviews and/or steering committee documents and presentations.
