The role you'll contribute:
As the Executive Director of Consumer Products & Engineering at AdventHealth, you'll spearhead the strategic direction and innovation of our digital consumer ecosystem. Your role is pivotal in harmonizing our consumer vision with cutting-edge product and service solutions. This encompasses overseeing our entire digital portfolio-ranging from websites and mobile apps to patient portals and beyond-while fostering a culture of transparency and accountability.

• Strategy & Leadership: Craft and execute the strategic roadmap for all digital applications and consumer products. Lead and inspire a talented team of product managers, engineers, and designers to deliver exceptional digital experiences.
• Innovation & Customer Focus: Stay ahead of digital trends to ensure our offerings meet and exceed consumer expectations. Engage directly with users to glean insights, conduct market research, and analyze competitor strategies to identify and seize market opportunities.
• Product Excellence: Oversee the lifecycle of our product portfolio, from ideation to delivery. Ensure products align with customer needs and drive long-term engagement. Leverage analytics to evaluate performance and prioritize enhancements, ensuring our solutions remain competitive and deliver value.
• Operational Efficiency: Refine our product development processes and methodologies to enhance efficiency and effectiveness. Oversee budget management across the product portfolio, ensuring strategic allocation of resources.
• Service Excellence: Guarantee exceptional service delivery to both users and internal customers, maintaining exceptional service levels and customer satisfaction scores. Act proactively to address service challenges, ensuring seamless and positive experiences across all touchpoints.
• Collaboration & Communication: Act as a bridge between various AdventHealth departments to ensure cohesive strategy and execution across all digital initiatives. Foster strong relationships with key vendors and partners to enhance our product offerings.

Qualifications
The expertise and experiences you'll need to succeed :
KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS REQUIRED :
• Excellent written, oral communication and presentation skills
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated and directed
• Project planning skills with ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
• Keen attention to detail
• Superior analytical, evaluative, and problem-solving abilities
• Exceptional service orientation
• Ability to work collaboratively, influencing decisions and outcomes and facilitating consensus
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED :
• Bachelor's degree with an emphasis in business, IT, marketing, or related field
• Minimum 10 years of experience with a proven track record of leading, designing, developing, and managing fully integrated initiatives and successfully leading teams.
• 5 years senior experience in a large complex health program that included digital & virtual care services.
• Experience utilizing web analytics, Content Management Systems (Drupal), CRM (Salesforce, Oracle)
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE PREFERRED:
• Knowledge and expertise within the healthcare industry
• Master's degree
LICENSURE, CERTIFICATION OR REGISTRATION PREFERRED:
• CSPO
• PMP
• Epic application certification or proficiency
