Job Description:
The Field Service Project Manager oversees project operation and implementation across the Cold Chain business. They are fully responsible for the entire project, from initiation to closeout, ensuring that all the key tasks are accomplished on-time and on-budget. The Field Service Project Manager is also responsible for project related customer relationships and communications, making sure that customer satisfaction is fulfilled throughout the lifecycle of the project. They will also be capable of managing projects across a matrixed (or cross functional) organization, leveraging resources and groups across the business, to bring projects to completion. They will report to the Manager, Project Execution.

Responsibilities:
Manages and monitors small to midsize technical projects involving end user products such as temperature monitoring and HVAC controls in supermarkets.
Documents all aspects of project progress, including material, labor, and supply tracking logs, financial tracking including costs, revenue and margin, revision of project schedules, oversight, and completion of project submittals.
Prepares proposals, including cost estimates, scopes of work, and schedules
Acts as an agent of the business and is heavily involved in developing relationships with key accounts and understanding customer needs
Provide guidance to project coordinators to meet project objectives & requirements
Ability to provide timely and concise information to key stakeholders
Ability to report on status of accounts and objectives
Familiar with the governance of a PMO (Project Management Office) and how to work and manage under one
Create monthly financial forecasts for accounts and work closely with S&OP to provide them with information on large equipment volume orders that are upcoming
Work closely with Field Service Managers and Technicians to ensure the scope of the project is followed using the most efficient methods and standards
Optimize material and labor resources when possible

Required Skills & Experience

5+ years of experience in field service and project management
CAPM / PMP and/or proven strong experience with project management
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to travel up to 25% of the time
Experience managing multiple projects at a time with quick close outs ( 180 days)
