Job Overview:

As a Long-Term Care Provider Management Specialist, you will be responsible for the following:

• Processing new enrollment, revalidation, and update applications for Nursing Facility and Intermediate Care Facility providers in the Provider Network Management portal

• Processing bed changes and closures for Nursing Facility and Intermediate Care Facility providers

• Researching and responding to inquiries from the provider community, internal ODM staff, and external partners and stakeholders

The preferred candidate will have an eagerness to learn, desire to gain knowledge through research, and ability to adapt to change when necessary to meet the needs of the business

Qualifications

Completion of undergraduate core program in business administration, social or behavioral science, health or statistics; additional 24 months experience specific to subject area of which 12 months experience in use of spreadsheet and database software.

-Or 24 months experience as Medicaid Health Systems Analyst, (65291).

-Or equivalent of Minimum Class Qualifications for Employment noted above may be substituted for the experience required.
