Indotronix is seeking a Hybrid- Quality Assurance Lead (Automation Tester within a Scrum crew) in Pittsburgh, PA and multiple client locations

Job Title: Hybrid-Quality Assurance Lead (Automation Tester within a Scrum crew)

Location: Pittsburgh, Birmingham, Dallas, Cleveland, Phoenix

Duration: Contract to hire

Team Culture& Background:
• Someone coming from a team that is of typical scrum makeup or a financial background;

Dynamic of the team and where this candidate will fit into the overall environment (i.e., number of team members, roles and titles they will be working with, team culture, etc.):

Typical Scrum Makeup:
• 2 - 3 Developers
• Product Owner
• Scrum Master
• BSA
• 1-2 Offshore team members

Meetings

Weekly:
• Attend/participate in Sprint Planning session
• Attend/participate in Backlog Refinement sessions

Biweekly:
• Attend/participate in the application demos to the line of business.
• Attend/participate in the crew's Retrospective meetings (depending of team, can be weekly)

*Attend/participate in our release call if applicable. Code deployment call starts at 6:55PM EST and ends once completed successfully.

Note: We typically deploy on weekdays but depending on app, may deploy on a Saturday

Position Profile:

Key responsibilities in order of which they will be doing day 1 and frequently followed by those they will be doing as the project/work progresses:
• Attend/participate in daily stand-up's to provide updates on user stories assigned
• Be accessible during hours of operation which is between 8AM-5PM EST, Monday -Friday
• Actively work on user stories assigned
• Work with team members with any questions/concerns/blockers

Must have technical skills/experience (ask for alternative/tool/version) of the position in priority order:
• Tools: Jira, Azure, SoapUI
• Language: C#, SQL, Gherkin, Java
• Framework: .NET, Selenium/Cucumber, Karate, Behavior Driven Development (ClientD)
