Industrial Project Coordinator - Bensalem, PA

JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Assist with opening service calls for engine builds
• Generate paperwork for freight brokers to pick up engines from CAT, receive the deliveries, and enter them into D365.
• Coordinate with service on weekly engine deliveries.
• Work with technicians and service department daily on resolving any roadblocks with the builds.
• Notify and update service personnel on when shipments are coming in and receive the parts into the shop and D365.
• Verify part deliveries match the packing slips and document any incorrect parts.
• Monitor invoicing to ensure accuracy.
• Identify which engines should be staged and ensure that engines are prepped for delivery.
• Ensure engines are appropriately organized in the yard and mark engine serial numbers.
• Make sure engines follow the first in, first out system.

RECOMMENDED QUALIFICATIONS:

• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• Minimum 1-2 years' experience in the customer service or equipment industry with progressive experience and/or equivalent combination of training and experience which provides the required knowledge, skills and abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; both verbal and written.
• Effective time management skills; ability to work independently and multi-task effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with Microsoft Office, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, Microsoft Power Point and other position related software.
