Insight Global is looking for a ServiceNow Developer or Admin to sit hybrid in Bangalore, India, with a strong Service Mapping experience to support one of our largest clients' ServiceNow modules and ensure that accurate and reliable information about the configuration of services, and the CIs that support them, are available when and where it is needed. This includes information on how CIs are configured and the relationships between them. You will help to develop, test, and implement infrastructure code to assist the team in achieving their goals.
What you will get to do:
• Develop, deploy, and support all ServiceNow Modules, process and integrations using scripting, workflows, configuration, and integration hub.
• Design, deploy, and manage CMDB data management tools including Discovery and Service Mapping solutions.
• Design and manage CMDB data integrations with other data sources using import sets, transform maps, API integrations, and the Identification and Reconciliation Engine.
• Develop, document, implement, and maintain CMDB governance processes, procedures, and policies and monitor CMDB health reports to drive continuous improvement of CMDB.
• Drive features and functionality on the IT Asset Management capability (ServiceNow) to enable the IT Asset Management Processes and show the value to continue to scale and mature the services.
• Support the team and customers with day-to-day requests and demands on ServiceNow modules and processes
• Lead the collection and analysis of requirements to develop technology strategies.
Design, install, and maintain (upgrade/patch underlying infrastructure)
This role can pay between 1,254.99INR to 1,673.32INR/hour depending on years of experience and skillset.

Required Skills & Experience
- 3+ ServiceNow specific experience (certification is preferred)
- Comfortable presenting in front of Director/Executive staff
- In-depth knowledge of ServiceNow CSM (Customer Service Management) and HRSD (Human Resources Service Desk) modules
- 3+ years of JavaScript, CSS, WebPortal
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
• CMDB experience
• Certifications in relevant technologies, methods, or platforms
• Certified System Admin - ServiceNow Fundamentals
• Discovery Fundamentals
• ITIL 4 Certification
