Program Management
Core skills for managing testing programs.
Uses the appropriate Project Management methodology to reduce risks and improve rate of success.
Develops the framework for advancing the strategic project/program objectives and long-term roadmap.
Develops detailed scope, goals, objectives and stakeholder management strategy.
Defines detailed budget model/analysis for delivery of final work product.
Prioritizes and balances needs across multiple tracks of work; assigns deliverables to subject matter experts and identifies resource needs.
Effective at risk identification/response and proactively anticipates various risk factors and outcomes.
Expected to have experience with vendor scope development and contract negotiation.

Providing leadership and relationship building with stakeholders.
Builds strong relationships with functional leaders to deliver results for projects and initiatives that

Owns end-to-end thought leadership for the project/program and operates with minimal supervision.

Drives alignment of an outcome(s) for projects that meet predefined & sponsor-approved success criteria (e.g. Return on Investment).
Develops and documents options and recommendations for consideration proving due diligence, and compels sponsors to make decisions in a fact-based manner.
Encapsulates formal asks for Execs/Sponsors to decide on when resources are required, or
barriers must be removed, for the project team to be successful.
[Quality] Strong defect management and triaging skills; including negotiation with stakeholders
around severity and priority.
[Quality] Writes and manages defects for failed test automation due to product issues.
[Quality] Describes to stakeholders the current status of test automation by being able to read test
automation dashboards.

Automation
Test Automation skills are included. The main focus for Test Automation is to be able to understand what is automated, understand branch management, help troubleshoot failing/flaky test cases, and speak to the status of the automation by reading dashboards.

Required Skills & Experience

5+ years of manual/automation software QA experience with customer facing and backend system testing desktop, mobile, native: iOS & Android (responsibilities in this role will be related to manual testing 60% and automation 40% of the time)
Experience leading & managing several QA projects at the same time from beginning to end (80% mgt, 20% hands on testing in this role) - creating test plans/suites & strategies from complex requirements, determining/allocating resource needs, reporting, managing & triaging defects
2+ years of automation testing exp - understand what is automated, branch mgt, help troubleshoot failing/flaky test cases, & speak to status of automation by reading dashboards
Experience working in an Agile environment
Strong communication skills - champions of QA & their work, confident to say no, negotiating with stakeholders, presenting to leadership, etc.
Experience excelling in a fast paced, high volume work environment
