Indotronix is seeking a Product Owner Remote position

Position: Product Owner

Position Location: Remote, but if they are located in a city where there is a hub location they can go into the office and work a hybrid schedule.

Duration: Contract to hire

Working Hours (Flexible): EST hours 8 AM - 5 PM can be flexible

Candidate Technical and Skills Profile:

Key responsibilities in order of which they will be doing daily:
• Daily scrum call
• Discussion with product owners to help answer questions and solve issues that come up in other scrum calls
• Day-to-day operations - helping keep track of where the various products or tools are in the development

pipeline
• Understanding requirements
• Scheduling needs

**The team is really looking for someone who understands the development side of pushing a feature out to customers. This role is aligned to the design team, but it is needed to bridge the gap between getting designs finished to when they're developed and all the conversations that need to happen in-between. We are looking for someone who is self-driven and not afraid to have tough conversations to move the projects forward.**

Must have technical skills, tools, or experience:

Must have:
• Advanced experience with Jira
• Agile software development process experience

Nice to have:
• InVision and freehand
• Confluence

Some soft skills:
• Verbal and written communication
• Attention to detail
• Promptness
• Proactive

Degrees or certifications:
• No certifications or degrees required

Years of overall experience:

- 6 - 8 years' overall experience

Interview process:
• 2 step - first phone screen, then video interview

• Manager, and then panel interview
