Indotronix is seeking a UX/UI Designer Remote position

Position: UX/UI Designer

Position Location: Remote

Duration: Contract to hire

Candidate Technical and skills profile:

Describe the role and the key responsibilities in order of which they will be doing day 1 and frequently followed by those they will be doing as the project/work progresses:

Day 1- research and discovery work, identifying use cases for private bank customers around account selection and grouping.

Further into the project- moving work into lo and mid-fidelity protypes to create assets and deliverables and move to hi-fidelity then work to get the design approved and routing to appropriate crews and dev teams for implementation.

Designers are responsible for some research/project scoping, UX design, and visual design/component library usage.

Technical Skills:
• Sketch - required
• InVision Studio - required
• Wire framing - required
• Prototyping - required
• Responsive Design - required
• Adobe Creative Suite - required

Flex Skills:

Design thinking, facilitation.

Soft skills:

Strong communication skills, collaboration, presentation/ delivery, meeting skills, ability to ask questions, ability to take constructive feedback and implement.

Ability to take unclear requirements and clarify/ move the project forward

Degrees/Education:

Bachelors

Role Differentiator:

This work set is focused on taking two experiences that are divergent and converging them together, each experience has currently different design architecture and patterns the goal is to create a consistent approach to experience designs across Client.

Interview process:

1- HM go through resume/ personal interview

2 - 90 mins- team- portfolio review with HM and key designers
