The Opportunity:

Mass General Brigham Global Patient Services (GPS) represents the new systemwide initiative to provide leading clinical care to patients from around the country and around the world. This exciting new business initiative combines a broad set of existing capabilities, with a new focus on patient access. With a significant investment in this program, MGB plans to enhance patient experience by developing and improving the services offered to destination patients and driving broad-based business growth.

As the Program Coordinator of Global Initiatives, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the success and satisfaction of our valued customers, while fostering meaningful partnerships within our healthcare system and the medical community across the globe.

Principal Duties and Responsibilities:

Assist in overseeing key markets by conducting market analysis to identify new opportunities, trends, and competitive landscape in the healthcare sector, focusing on international patient services.

Assist in developing and maintaining an international newsletter by gathering information, drafting content, and ensuring it aligns with the company's mission and values.

Support internal communication efforts by helping create and distribute materials that update stakeholders on program developments and successes.

Collaborate with internal teams to organize educational and scientific events, ensuring logistical details are managed and events run smoothly.

Assist in identifying relevant conferences and coordinating logistics, including travel arrangements, materials preparation, and attendance coordination for medical experts.

Support efforts in building and maintaining relationships with medical providers, hospitals, clinics, and other healthcare organizations in strategic markets, including but not limited to regions such as the GCC, LATAM, and Canada.

Assist in coordinating meetings and communications with stakeholders to foster partnerships.

Assist in planning leadership and/or clinical staff trips to international partner sites, including working with internal and external stakeholders to develop trip agendas, scheduling pre-trip meetings, and coordinating all travel related logistic

May perform other duties as needed including special assignments and projects.

Working Conditions:

Office setting. Remote work is permitted as appropriate. Travel as required

Qualifications

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in communications, business, healthcare, or a related field. Masters Preferred.

Minimum of [3] years of experience in a similar role, preferably in healthcare or an international setting.

Strong writing and communication skills.

Familiarity with medical specialties and patient referral processes is a plus.

Experience in event planning and execution.

Strong project management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize.

Proficiency in English; knowledge of additional languages relevant to the MENA and LATAM regions is a plus.

Willingness to travel as needed.
