We have an exciting opportunity for an Industrial Projects Billing Project Coordinator.

Key Responsibilities :

• Adhere to SOP and billing guidelines to ensure all files are billed correctly and on time
• Assures transactions are performed on-time and with the expected quality
• Raise awareness of issues and define actions to avoid delay in on-time billing and quality
• Request credit corrections following best practices
• Verify the accuracy of vendor invoices and resolve any discrepancies
• Assist with monthly vendor statements.
• Support and participate in process improvement activities
• Liaise closely with vendors/carriers to ensure strong communication links are maintained
• Support team members during peak periods in different areas of operation when required
• Cooperate, and work very closely with other team members.
• Attend meetings with entire Logistics Team to give all members the opportunity to receive information and give feedback where required.
• Provide motivation and drive to deliver the above in an integrated team environment and proactively contribute towards all activities to meet the Projects overall objectives.
• Assist with other tasks as needed by the team.

Skills / Requirements :

• Preferred experience in billing activities (e.g., customs, freight forwarding), accounts reconciliation, billing disputes (rates and documentation), intercompany billing, etc.
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• 1 years of experience required
• Strong operational skills
• Strong knowledge of logistics
• Attention to detail and ability to deal with exceptions
• Strong team skills
• Strong Microsoft office skills, and MS Excel knowledge
• Ability to communicate status updates of activities assigned
• Ability to work independently, minimum supervision, and solve problems
