Support Engineering Program Managers with POR (plan of record) development for new factory engineering programs, expansions, & improvements
Manage project data inputs and project close out tasks
Support team with scheduling meetings, tracking action items, supporting funding requests, and design reviews.
Track project design status throughout the lifecycle of the project
Support EPMs with weekly factory engineering reporting
Manage consultant workload status and reporting
Meeting coordination and conference room reservations & set-up, as needed
Maintain good data management, distribution lists, and team org charts for projects/ EPMs

Required Skills & Experience
Experience in supporting facilities/infrastructure design processes and administrate tasks
Minimum 3 years of experience in an administrative capacity preferably with an architecture, design or construction firm
Ability to manage and organize multiple projects with competing priorities and different timescales
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
Highly organized with a strong attention to detail
High level of professionalism and strong sense of urgency
Intermediate to advanced skills in MS Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Have an inquisitive and open attitude to exploring new ideas and eagerness to continuously learn and take on tough problems
Benefit packages for this role will start on the 31st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching. Employees in this role are also entitled to paid sick leave and/or other paid time off as provided by applicable law.
