General Information:
Advancement Business Applications is a unit in the department of Advancement Information Services. We are seeking a Student Assistant that is organized, detailed and team oriented to help assist in the daily data projects of ABA and as well as specific duties listed below:
Duties and Responsibilities:
• Ability to learn various software applications in an appropriate timeframe.
• Ability to use various software applications to research constituent data.
• Identify and correct data integrity issues by applying quality assurance practices to projects assigned. • Maintain hardware in UA Training lab, including software updates on lab computers prior to scheduled training sessions.
• Demonstrates honesty and integrity with constituent data.
• Available to work a minimum of 10 hours and a maximum of 20 hours per pay period. -On-site position only. Not eligible for telecommute.
• Other duties as described.
Qualifications:
Experience with Microsoft Excel and Word.

Students must be degree-seeking students, enrolled on at least a half-time basis (6 credits for undergraduate and 5 credits for graduate).
Students must have a 2.0 or better cumulative GPA.
