Piper Companies is looking for a Support Analyst to join an petrochemical organization based out of southern Philadelphia. This is a full-time, onsite position.

Essential Duties of the Support Analyst:
  • Desktop/application support
  • Install, configure VoIP devices
  • Handle internal, Tier I tickets


Qualifications of the Support Analyst:
  • 2-3 years Help Desk/ Desktop Support Experience
  • A+, Network + certifications are a plus
  • Desire to learn and grow in career
  • Candidate must pass a drug screen and background check


Compensation for the Support Analyst:
  • $65,000 - $75,000 (based on experience)
  • Medical, Dental, 401k, PTO, paid holidays
