About the Team
The global eCommerce US operation team aims to deliver high quality products together with a unique customer experience via TikTok. The role is responsible for building the TikTok Ecommerce partnership for the TikTok e-commerce business in the US. With more than 1 billion loyal users globally, we believe TikTok is an ideal platform to deliver a brand new and better e-commerce experience to our users. We are looking for passionate and talented people to join us to build an e-commerce ecosystem that is innovative, secure and intuitive for our users together.

The Creator Agency Partnerships team is responsible for identifying and recruiting agencies who align with the platform's target audience and e-commerce objectives, collaborating with MCN agencies to develop content strategies that resonate with the platform's users and drive GMV, facilitating collaborations between content creators and e-commerce brands to create sponsored content and promotions that drive GMV, and analyzing the performance of content creators to assess the effectiveness of e-commerce campaigns and make data-driven decisions for future strategies.

- Responsible for supervising the matching projects of CAP, merchants, and creators. By matching high-quality products and accurate influencers for CAP, it helps the business thrive while also helping creators grow.
- Cooperate with merchandise strategy to establish a high-quality product list and advanced mechanism (price, commission, etc.), helping agencies establish close partnerships with key merchants.
- Work closely with creator teams to address key challenges, optimize the SOP and methodology to improve the efficiency of signing up between CAP and creator.
- Planning and organizing online and offline matchmaking activities, enhancing the operational capabilities of CAP/TAP, and building influence on sellers/influencers.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 2+ years experience of E-commerce Creator Program Operation

Preferred Qualifications:
- Strong communication and coordination skills, adept at working with diverse teams and partners
- A good team player, fast learner and open to changes
- Possess data analysis capabilities
- Strong knowledge and experience of live streaming is preferred
