About the Team
The global eCommerce US operation team aims to deliver high quality products together with a unique customer experience via TikTok. The role is responsible for building the TikTok Ecommerce partnership for the TikTok e-commerce business in the US. With more than 1 billion loyal users globally, we believe TikTok is an ideal platform to deliver a brand new and better e-commerce experience to our users. We are looking for passionate and talented people to join us to build an e-commerce ecosystem that is innovative, secure and intuitive for our users together.
The Star Creator team is responsible for managing and overseeing the activities related to top creators, including developing partnerships, coordinating campaigns, and optimizing influencer performance to drive sales and brand awareness.
- Develop a project strategy and excution plan for TikTok creators transitioning to e-commerce;
- Identify, onboard and incubate growth of new high-potential ecommerce creators relevant to key verticals (Fashion, Beauty, Home & Living, or Other), focusing on their sales performance metrics such as Gross Merchandise Value (GMV) and conversion.
- Formulate and implement diverse creator campaigns and programs to constantly motivate creator activation and achieve overall sales goals by verticals.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to address key challenges, optimize the SOP and methodology for potential content creators to transition to an e-commerce model.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 3+ years experience of E-commerce Creator Program Operation
Preferred Qualifications:
- Strong knowledge and experience of live streaming is preferred.
- Strong connections with creators and creator agencies is preferred.
- Attention to detail, affinity with numbers, strong in problem solving.
- Familiar with TikTok and mainstream e-commerce platforms, experience in content-based e-commerce is highly preferred.
- Ability to speak with external business partners whose main language is Mandarin and English is preferred; these external business partners are live streaming agencies that operate in China
