About the Team
The global eCommerce US operation team aims to deliver high quality products together with a unique customer experience via TikTok. The role is responsible for building the TikTok Ecommerce partnership for the TikTok e-commerce business in the US. With more than 1 billion loyal users globally, we believe TikTok is an ideal platform to deliver a brand new and better e-commerce experience to our users. We are looking for passionate and talented people to join us to build an e-commerce ecosystem that is innovative, secure and intuitive for our users together.

The Creator Operations team is focused on two main responsibilities. Analyzing data and trends to develop strategies for managing and optimizing the performance of e-commerce creators, and identifying opportunities for growth, improving content quality, and maximizing the impact of creator collaborations to drive GMV and brand visibility.

Responsibilities
- Responsible for platform policy education and training operations for creator, intellectual property, and accountable for policy penetration rate.
- Design and continuously optimize creator growth and operations training systems, establish and monitor learning effectiveness evaluation metrics, quickly identify creator and operations needs and pain points, and develop improvement plans.
- Develop educational content and curriculum systems based on business goals to enhance online and offline learning coverage and effectiveness.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams to provide educational support for rule and product feature launches, and conduct internal and external training.
- Identify gaps, loopholes, and deficiencies in current processes and metrics, and optimize solutions.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or above, with more than 3 years of work experience.
- Experience in commercial education and training, and Internet operations.

Preferred Qualifications
- Excellent project management and data analysis skills.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills.
