Accounts Payable Specialist

Solomon Page is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Accounts Payable Specialist for a contract position. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of 1099 processing and experience in handling the full cycle accounts payable processes. Oil and Gas industry experience is a plus.

• Pay Range: $25/hr - $28/hr

Responsibilities

• Process invoices and ensure timely payments to vendors.
• Reconcile vendor accounts and resolve discrepancies.
• In depth 1099 management
• Assist with month-end and year-end closing procedures.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance preferred.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in accounts payable.
• Proficiency in using Netsuite or similar ERP systems
• Attention to detail and accuracy.
