Accounts Payable Specialist

Solomon Page has partnered with a well known Austin brand in the financial investment industry seeking a talented Accounts Payable Specialist to join their team for a temporary medical leave assistance. The role starts ASAP and requires aptitude in Netsuite. This opportunity comes with competitive pay as well as resume boosting qualities and will go quick.

• Pay Rate: $25/hr - $28/hr (Based on experience)

Responsibilities:

• Monitor AP inbox and vendor management
• In depth processing of 1099 and 1099c's
• Assist with external audits
• Statement reconciliations
• Meets weekly invoice deadlines
• Ability to hop project to project with ease

Required Qualifications:

• 4 years of experience with Accounts Payable
• Degree not required
• Oracle Netsuite is a must
• Takes ownership of role and jump in with little to no training
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
