Job Responsibilities:

• Collect and prioritize incoming invoices, ensuring accurate data entry
• Perform 2-way and 3-way matches with purchase orders
• Research invoice discrepancies
• Verify and reconcile vendor statements
• Communicate with vendors and internal departments to resolve issues

Requirements:

• Experience in a high-volume environment
• Great time management skills
• Ability to work independently
• Ability to pick things up quickly
