Pay Rate: $58000 / year

We are looking for an AP Specialist on a direct hire basis.

Job Responsibilities:

• Assist with processing, verifying, and reconciling invoices.
• Perform data entry into Sage 300 and Paperless software.
• Assist with recording all accounts payable transactions.
• Interact with subcontractors and respond to all subcontractor inquiries.
• Reconcile vendor statements, researching and correcting discrepancies.
• Assist with month-end closing.
• Maintain files and documentation thoroughly and accurately, in accordance with company policy and accepted accounting principles.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• Sage/Timberline system experience.
• Accounts payable experience.
• Construction Industry experience is required.
