Job Functions & Responsibilities:
  • Support and manage HR technology projects from initiation to completion, including project planning, execution, monitoring, and closing with Agile Scrum. Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
  • Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets, and track progress against milestones and budgets. Identify and mitigate project risks and issues, and escalate as necessary to ensure timely resolution.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams and resources to ensure alignment with project goals and priorities.
  • Collaborate with HR stakeholders to gather requirements, prioritize needs, and ensure solutions meet user requirements.
  • Conduct regular project status meetings and provide updates to stakeholders and project sponsors.
  • Prepare and present project reports, including status updates, key metrics, and recommendations to senior management.
  • Gather and document business requirements, user stories, and use cases to guide the development and implementation of HR technology solutions.

Education & Certifications:

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field.
