Rate: $75-78/hr

Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced IT Business Analyst with a background in Financial Services to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a unique blend of analytical prowess, adaptability, and the ability to navigate and contribute to modern IT projects with a high degree of autonomy. This role demands a self-starter mentality, accountability, and a knack for problem-solving without being confined to rigid documentation processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, technical experts, and end-users to gather and analyze requirements for IT projects.
• Initiate and drive discussions from inception to implementation, demonstrating the ability to start projects from scratch.
• Leverage a deep understanding of the Financial Services sector, particularly in Wealth Management, Broker Dealer, Advisory, etc.
• Exhibit adaptability and flexibility while contributing to modern IT projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Independently figure out solutions and proactively address challenges without being overly reliant on detailed documentation or explicit guidance.
• Work on a variety of projects, adhering to different methodologies, including SDLC, Agile, Waterfall, based on what is best suited for successful project completion.

Minimum Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Proven experience as an IT Business Analyst within the Financial Services sector, with expertise in Wealth Management, Broker Dealer, Advisory, etc.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a history of initiating and driving projects independently.
• Demonstrated adaptability and flexibility in navigating modern IT projects.
• Self-starter mentality with a track record of holding oneself accountable for project outcomes. Familiarity with various project methodologies, including SDLC, Agile, and Waterfall.
