Job Description
1. Acts as an administrative assistant coordinating variable activities and responsible for the daily tasks that maintain the viability of the Nursing Office.
2. Perform timekeeping responsibilities including: time sheets, overtime actions, process SR's 70 to include: resignation, retirement, LOA and maintain accurate attendance card for assigned service.
3. Prepares and process performance appraisal packages bi-annual. Provide performance appraisal status report to Assoc/Asst Director of the services.
4. Plans, posts and distributes bi-annual vacation plan and assist in the monthly preparation of master time schedule for CLAIRVIA.
5. Back-up for the CLAIRVIA, PEOPLESOFT and WAND in the absence of coordinator for the program.
6. Acted as liaison between HR and Payroll departments in the processing employees' resignation, retirement, Leave of absence and submit status change to Recruitment for processing with Human Resource.
7. Assist with maintaining adequate inventory of supplies and equipment in the nursing office.
8. Communicates effectively in both written and verbal, format (typing) i.e. letters, memos, minutes, policies and procedures.
9. Knowledge of Microsoft office: word, excel and publishing.
10. Performs all tasks of the clerical assoc /secretarial duties as assigned.
11. Must be able to work the one weekend Saturday and Sunday) every month.

Minimum Qualifications
1. A high school diploma or its educational equivalent; and
2. Six (6) months of full-time satisfactory clerical experience and/or experience interacting with the public, such as processing sales; taking, processing, and delivering orders; obtaining and dispensing information; listening to and resolving customers concerns, problems, and complaints; and/or performing related customer service activities.
