Must-Have Requirements:
Proven experience in customer service, client relations, sales, or a similar field.

• Experience in a healthcare setting or with healthcare benefits is a major plus.
• Insurance experience is also considered a valuable bonus.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills across various platforms.
• Proficient in basic computer operations and adept at multitasking.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Skilled in active listening, providing clear information, and addressing customer queries effectively.
