Digital Sr. Scrum Master

A client of Insight Global's is seeking a Senior Scrum Master to join their Digital team for an initial 6 month contract. The Scrum Master will play a crucial role in guiding and facilitating agile development teams leading a multitude of Digital Innovation projects. Responsibilities include: sprint planning, daily stand-up, Program Increment (PI) Planning, and scrum ceremonies. He/she will need expertise in Scrum methodology, ADO, Metrics, coaching, and leadership to contribute to successful project execution. The Scrum Master will collaborate with cross-functional teams, mentor other Scrum Masters, and ensure the smooth flow of work. This person will need to be a self-starter, as they will be working independently. A qualified candidate will be willing and able to go onsite in the Uptown/Galleria area 3 times per week on a hybrid schedule. The pay range for the Sr. Scrum Master ranges from $50-70 per hour.

Required Skills & Experience

7+ years of experience as a Scrum Master

Extensive experience utilizing Azure DevOps (ADO) or JIRA to implement scrum practices across teams

Strong understanding of reporting - burndown, burnup, and throughput

Strong ability to communicate with project owners

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

Certified Scrum Master (CSM)

Previous experience working on a Digital Innovation project
