*** Contract position for 6+ month; contract can be extended; contract to hire is possible.

*** REMOTE WORK -- however, preference will be given to candidates who are either local or can relocate for on-site work (hybrid schedule) to: Pittsburgh PA, Cleveland OH, Birmingham AL, Dallas TX, Phoenix AZ

Senior Scrum Master :

- Facilitate all Agile ceremonies, including daily standups
- Remove obstacles and impediments for the team
- Enhance team productivity and delivery velocity
- Effectively manage leadership expectations
- Adapt to corporate specific Scrum implementation
- Collaborate with Product Owners on backlog refinement

Required Skills and Experience :

- Extensive experience as a Scrum Master (multiple years of US experience required in senior roles)
- Agile / Scrum certifications, such as: Certified ScrumMaster (CSM), Professional Scrum Master (PSM), Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe), Project Management Institute Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP), Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO), etc
- Proficiency in Jira or similar Agile project management tools
- Proven ability to manage stakeholder expectations
- Understanding of and ability to track objectives across multiple teams and complex systems / organizational structures
- Experience in large corporate banking (PNC preferred; alternatives include JPMorgan Chase, Bank of America, Citigroup, Wells Fargo, U.S. Bancorp, or Truist)
