Required Skills & Experience

10+ years working in an Agile software development environment, as a Scrum Master

and an Agile Coach

Extensive knowledge of Agile principles

Demonstrated success leading large agile software development initiatives from scratch

with multiple teams working in parallel

Experience with Agile implementation while being a consultant

Experience working as a liaison between stakeholders and engineering teams

Agile coaching certification (CSM, CSP, or equivalent)

Bachelor's degree
