Zachary Piper Solutions is seeking an Entry Level Data Center Support Tecchnician to support a flourishing federal IT provider based out of Radford, VA. The Entry Level Data Center Support Tecchnicianis responsible for suppporting the Army and DoD data centers and government cloud data centers.

Responsibilities of the Entry Level Data Center Support Tecchnician Includes:

• Support/troubleshoot Army data center infrastructure inluding hands-on cabling, wiring installations, hardware and worstation support
• Utilize ServiceNow as a ticketing tool to manage incoming IT/hardware data center needs
• Analyze and recommend eqipment for data centers
• Maintain documentation and purchase order maintenance for inffrastructure needs
• Provide 24/7/365 on call availability for potential emergency failures

Qualifications for the Entry Level Data Center Support Tecchnician Includes:

• Junior level experience or college course work in IT, Software Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or other relevant technical degrees
• Microsoft Office proficiency
• Prior experience troubleshooting technical facilities or general technical support experience is a plus

Compensation for the Entry Level Data Center Support Tecchnician Includes:

• Salary Equivalent Range: $50,000 - $55,000
