CFO Data Management (CFO DM) is responsible for ensuring data is timely, accurate and complete with respect to this banks CFO organizations needs and use cases. This role will be responsible for assessing and managing data incidents with an impact to CFO applications, processes, and/or reporting, via the Enterprise Data Incident Management (eDIM) process. This job is responsible for ensuring operational data is fit for purpose, defining controls, and monitoring processes are in adherence to enterprise data management standards. Key responsibilities include triaging and remediating data incidents, performing data analysis, training new u , and performing impact analysis stemming from data updates. Job expectations include helping in defining access and ownership of data by domain, conducting quality control, and overseeing data maintenance. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
o Project Management of a portfolio of complex and diverse data issues, including Portfolio Status, timeline projections, escalations of impediments, and communication with senior management.
o Ensures data is accurate, complete, and fit for performing data analyses through various testing procedures and data controls which help to identify business insights fit for purpose for a particular product set
o Develops and executes on Enterprise Data Management policies and standards, works across teams to ensure adherence, serves as a key point of contact for all topics related to data compliance, and manages operational elements of the (Enterprise Data Strategy Governance and Operations (EDSGO) relationship
o Manages data related incidents and identifies, communicates, and resolves or escalates issues as needed. Data inquiries include questions related to data issues, availability of data, and potential sourcing alternatives to inform
o Develops, manages, and executes on controls, ensuring tracking, monitoring, and resolution of any control breaches with data platform
o Partners with Business and Technology functions to drive the development of business and functional requirements documents and ensures strategic upstream resolution for data related incidents
Key Responsibilities:
Ensure Intake requests adhere to Enterprise data incident standards prior to their promotion to formal eDIM process
Partner with CFO DM Execution/Product teams to determine incident remediators and obtain acceptance
Develop cross functional relationship with technology, CFO lines of business (including Executive level), reporting groups, and Enterprise data management
Identify, own and escalate issues as needed
Drive Operational Excellence by consistently striving to achieve responsible growth. Identify and implement potential areas for process improvement

Required Skills & Experience

2+ years of business project management experience
Finance knowledge (financial regulatory reporting preferred)
